Hi! I am a college student who is studying Sports Management and Marketing. Sports and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I have played college Division 1 Women’s Soccer and now I am a soccer coach for 13 year old girls. I love every single sport (mostly Boston teams since I am from Boston). This blog is to help motivate, inspire, and help answer any questions about fitness. I will give some exercises that my personal trainer or I do, motivation quotes and feel free to ask any questions. I am not a certified trainer but I do love to work out and someday be someone’s fitness inspiration.
